A coating that performs well on one surface or in one environment may not suit another, so we start with questions instead of assumptions: what is being painted, where it will be used, and what the customer expects the finished surface to deliver.

Different surfaces, industries and operating environments require different coating characteristics. Therefore, we focus on understanding factors such as substrate, application method, drying requirements, finish, environmental conditions, performance expectations and commercial requirements before recommending a suitable coating solution. A steel structure exposed to weather, a machine part that must dry quickly in a workshop and a living-room wall each ask for something different, and we treat them that way.

Surface preparation, primer selection, thinning and the number of coats all influence the final result, so our guidance goes beyond the paint itself and covers the complete system, from preparation to finish coat. We encourage customers to follow the product's technical data sheet and to confirm compatibility before starting large jobs.
